Dr. Kanayama,

Since I have the opportunity through this letter, I want to thank you for everything that you have done and continue to do for me. You have saved me in many ways- helped preserve my chances to have a family of my own and my quality of life. I am sure you are thanked regularly by the amount of letters and cards I see in your office each time I am in for an appt but, you truly deserve all the accolades you get and then some. I couldnt have come this far without you and your expertise. Your attention to detail, compassion during each visit and your knowledge is uncanny. Prior to seeing you, I was averaging 1-1 1/2 years between surgery to keep my endometriosis in control due to the standard surgical methods being used by previous doctors, but because of your techniques, I have been endometriosis free for 4 years. That in itself is a miracle based on my previous history. And, not to mention the fact that you are able to perform and solve issues through laparoscopic surgery that all others told me was impossible. Prior to meeting with you, my diagnosis was a hysterectomy (at the age of 26) and now because of you, 4 years later, I am in a situation where my reproductive system has been preserved and intact. never have I felt more confident in a doctors ability, care, knowledge, experience, expertise,compassion or treatment technique than I do with you. Thank God for a doctor like you.
