Around 4 years ago I stared having pain in my lower abdomen and lower back. The days were passing and the pain was getting worse. I went to my general Doctor and he suggested that I should see my gynecologist, so I went and the gynecology did not find anything wrong. The pain I felt would not allow me to sit comfortably or sleep. Weeks after I went to emergency room where they preformed an ultrasound and some blood test they found nothing an assumed that it was an infection. The pain would come and go for the next 3 years when I decided to change of gynecologist. The new doctors that I saw said that the pain was normal and it was caused by my menstrual cycle.

About 7 months ago the pain was getting worse and stared affecting my day to day.  My new gynecologist had some ultrasounds preformed and found that I had cysts in my ovaries and possible endometriosis. I assumed that my pain was caused by the cyst, but the pain was becoming unbearable. I started researching cyst and endometriosis reading about other women’s experiences with natural medicine, acupuncture, diets and surgery. I decided to try natural remedies and diet to no avail, until I found Dr Kanayama’s web site. It was Saturday morning my husband called and left a message with Dr Kanayama’s answering services and they called us back on Sunday and gave me a Friday appointment.

When I saw   Dr Kanayama’s he was able to immediately run some test and give me a diagnosis. He explained in detail the condition of my uterus, ovaries and endometriosis. My uterus had sifted over time because of the chocolate cyst that has been growing in my right ovary and endometriosis growing in my reproductive organs. He mentioned that surgery would be the best way to diagnose and treat endometriosis. After listening to the diagnosis I felt that I could trust Dr Kanayama’s. What made me feel happiest was that he was going to reconstruct my reproductive organs so I can have the possibility to have children. I am only 25 years old to have all these issues and asked the Dr to perform the surgery as soon as possible he was able to perform the surgery the following Thursday.

The surgery was performed at Greenwich hospital Connecticut I was the first case of the day. The hospital staff was very attentive and supportive of how I felt and how I would get home. The hospital was immaculate and I am so glad that the Dr Kanayama performs his surgery’s there. I am so happy and proud of the work the Dr has done.

On my post op visit with the Dr he informed me that I had endometriosis (stage 4) growing on my pelvis, bladder, intestines fallopian tubes and that I had a polyps in uterus also the cysts was growing over my ovary. For this to have grown so large the Dr said that I might have had this affecting me for the last 10 years. A month has gone by and I feel a million times better THANK YOU Dr Kanayama God bless you.

Thank you so much!
