January 26, 2010 I am 24 years old and have been married for 4 years. I have gone through a lot just to get pregnant. I've been to so many doctors who would just look at me like a number. None of them cared. They would all say "everything is okay" but I know my body and I knew everything was not okay. That answer would leave me so unhappy and so confused. One doctor told me that he needed to cut my belly open to tell me what was really going on. I did not feel comfortable with him at all and knew that there was someone special out there who can truly diagnosis me and help me with my health issues. My uncle (who is a physician himself) suggested that I go to see Dr. Kanayama. After meeting with Dr. Kanayama I finally felt blessed. During my first visit, I thanked God for giving him such a gift. He is a Genius :) He told me that I had Endometriosis and that I needed surgery. Now that I finally knew the truth I was relieved. I felt safe and in good hands. This was the first time that I felt like I was being treated like a human being and not a number. The way he introduces himself to a patient is different, he is caring and careful, very different then the doctors I've encountered. Some of the ones I've encountered shouldn't even practice medicine they should be fixing cars. Dr. Kanayama made me feel so comfortable and it was an amazing feeling. He gave me hope that I will have a baby. He answered all my questions and all my concerns and addressed the Endometriosis. Dr. Kanayama is a very unique and gifted man. A big thank you to his staff. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You guys are amazing and an incredible team. I am so glad I've met you. Surgery went well. I feel brand new. But the best news is that I am finally "PREGNANT". I am so happy my life is fulfilled. |
