Dr. Kanayama,

I can't thank you enough for how amazing you have been as a doctor and a surgeon. I feel healthy and pain-free for the first time in almost a year. I can't imagine dealing with this disease without your support and help. I'm a normal 22-year-old now and that is the greatest gift ever. A million thank-yous to you. You are the best!
