After four surgeries in one year to help rid me of endometriomas and scar tissue I was told by my doctor at the time there was nothing more he could do. That to manage my pain I would have to take a depo shot every month or stay on birth control, or get a pain inhibitor to block it out.  I chose to stay on birth control and not have periods, which seemed totally unnatural and strange.  However I no longer had to deal with super painful periods each month and that was good.  I still had some residual pain over the years that could be managed by stretching or a good workout.  However, several years later my normal routine that seemed to help keep my pain away was not working, it also begin to interfere with my ability to work, up to the point where I had to take a leave of absence.  At this time I found Dr. Kanayama.  I called there office and Sabrina walked me through the steps of how to get Kanayama covered through my issurance.  After my first visit, Kanayama concluded that he  would like to perform surgery and he believed I would be pain free afterward.  I had surgery about a month later, the healing time for me was a lot easier than they have been in the past. Today I feel great.  I can’t say enough about how amazing my experience was here, Dr. Kanayama listened to me when other doctors said nothing was wrong, and his staff is so kind, helpful and supportive.  THANK YOU!!
